Rules and Regulations

  1. All boards must be returned rinsed and sand free.
  2. Rental Hours: Sun-Sat 11 am ~ next day 11am
  3. Renter will be financially responsible for any damage to board or missing accessories. (fins, leash, etc)
  4. There will be additional charges for late fees if board doesn’t return on time.
  5. Renter understands that rental is at their own risk, safety is their responsibility.
    In consideration of the rental or use of the equipment described on this form. I hereby waive any and all rights and claims for the injuries or damages that I may have incurred or inflicted as a result of such rental use, and agree to release Aloha boardshop, and its officers, and owners of any liability concerning the use of the equipment.
